The product

TiField Mystery Starter Pack is a digital PDF product for adult buyers. It includes two story letters, two difficulty levels per puzzle, hints, explained answers, an adult guide and a concluding page. Two 10-page files are included: US Letter and A4, each containing the same complete content.

Price and availability

The price is US$6, taxes included, as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Orders are placed and paid on Creem's checkout; this website itself takes no payment details.

Payment and delivery

Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes the payment. After payment, you will be able to download the PDFs from your Creem receipt and email. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases processed through Creem. Contact support@tifield.com for product or download support.

Your license

A purchase gives the adult buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the pack for use within their own household or classroom. Teachers may print copies for their own pupils. You may not resell the content, distribute the digital files outside that household or classroom, upload them publicly or claim them as your own work. TiField retains rights in the product.

Using the pack

An adult selects the difficulty and prints the pages. The suggested age range of 8–11 is a design target, not a guarantee of individual suitability or educational outcomes. All names and characters are fictional. No real child information is required.

14-day refund requests

If the pack is not right for you, email support@tifield.com within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your order reference and the adult buyer's contact information; do not include children's information.

TiField will request the full refund through Creem. All refunds are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record under its procedures and applicable law; TiField does not process refunds independently. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
